So we understand that it's hard to trust a product that seems too good to be true... That's why we're proud to offer a 90 day results guarantee!

If you have NO results after 90 days, we will refund 100% of what you paid.

The rules to follow ABSOLUTELY to benefit from your guarantee:

1. To be eligible for a refund, you must have ordered the Ohmyglow IPL Handset on our official website: Ohmyglow-uk.com (or Ohmyglow-gb.com), beware of fakes!

2. On the day you receive your order, send an e-mail containing your order number and the name/first name with which you ordered to: contact@ohmyglow-uk.com with the e-mail subject "90-day guarantee".

3. Have used the epilator for at least 10 weeks (70 days) from the date of purchase, but no longer than 90 days.

4. If you are not satisfied with your epilator after this period, simply send an e-mail to contact@ohmyglow-uk.com with the subject line "90 day money back guarantee" and explain why you are not satisfied.


5. You must have at least 6 sessions and take a photo of the area(s) you are treating before each session.


6. If there are no noticeable results, send us your 6 photos to contact@ohmyglow-uk.com with your order number, and we will review your request.


7. All 90 day money back guarantee claims MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your device.

8. ALL images MUST have valid dates.
If your claim does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.

If approved, we will refund the purchase price (at the time of order), once the device is returned to our warehouse*.

The biggest determinant of successful treatment is simply to use it regularly, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.

Please ensure that the detailed user guide has been fully read and understood. If the device has not been used correctly and in accordance with the instructions, a refund will not be approved.

The customer is responsible for the cost of postage when returning the unit (once approved by our results team).

Once the handset has been received by our team, you will be immediately refunded the full price of the product.

2) 1 Year warranty


In addition to the 90-day results guarantee, we offer a 1-year guarantee for any technical malfunction (excluding accidental breakage) of your device. Devices purchased on third party resale sites are not eligible for the warranty.

If your device is faulty and you need to replace it, simply follow these instructions:

  • Take a clear video of the malfunction.
  • Send an email to contact@ohmyglow-uk.com, with an explanation of the malfunction and your video attached.
  • Once approved, send your product back with all the contents of the box, as you received it.
  • Your device will be replaced once we have received the faulty product (limited to one replacement per purchase).
  • You have 1 year from the date of order to process a warranty claim.


Claims that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for return.

The address to which to return your product will be provided to you by email.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and will not be reimbursed.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with proof of receipt.
